1. Overview

TourShare is a tournament travel coordination platform for tennis players. This Privacy Policy explains how TourShare may collect, use, store, and protect information when users create profiles, join tournament hubs, post in the feed, send messages, submit verification information, or use the website.

2. Information We Collect

We may collect information that users provide directly, including name, email address, username, nationality, player profile details, UTR ratings, home base, contact information, Instagram username, profile bio, tournament hub preferences, feed posts, direct messages, reviews, and verification submissions.

Verification submissions may include screenshots or images uploaded by the user for admin review. Users should only upload information they are comfortable using for verification.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to operate TourShare, create and display player profiles, support tournament hubs, allow players to communicate, review verification requests, moderate reviews, improve the website, prevent misuse, and provide a better user experience.

4. Public Information

Public player profiles, tournament hub participation, feed posts, approved reviews, and selected profile details may be visible to other users or visitors depending on user settings. Users can choose whether their profile is public from the profile page.

5. Messages

Direct messages are intended for player-to-player coordination. Users should avoid sharing sensitive personal information through messages. TourShare may retain message records as part of providing the service and maintaining safety.
