By accessing or using TourShare, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

2. About TourShare

TourShare is a tennis tournament travel coordination platform. It helps players create profiles, join tournament hubs, post travel needs, message other players, coordinate housing or rides, and leave collaboration reviews.

TourShare is not a tournament organizer, housing provider, transportation company, travel agency, financial service, or official representative of ITF, UTR, WTN, NCAA, or any tournament body.

3. User Accounts

Users are responsible for keeping login information secure and for all activity under their account. You agree to provide accurate information and not impersonate another person or player.

4. Player Profiles and Verification

Users may create public player profiles with tennis-related information. Verification badges are based on admin review of submitted information, but a verification badge does not guarantee a user’s safety, reliability, ranking, eligibility, identity in every context, or future behavior.

5. Tournament Hubs

Tournament hubs are user-created coordination spaces. Users are responsible for confirming tournament details, travel plans, schedules, costs, and official tournament information independently.

TourShare may display links or details from tournament pages, but users should always check the official tournament website or organizer for final information.

6. Messages, Housing, Rides, and Meetups

Users are responsible for their own safety when arranging housing, rides, practice sessions, stringing, meetings, or travel plans. Use good judgment, verify details, meet in safe public places when appropriate, and do not send money or personal documents to people you do not trust.

TourShare does not screen every user, guarantee arrangements, process payments, insure trips, or take responsibility for offline interactions between users.

7. Reviews

Reviews should be honest, relevant, and based on real interactions. Reviews may be moderated, approved, rejected, removed, or hidden at TourShare’s discretion.

Users may not post fake, abusive, discriminatory, threatening, defamatory, or misleading reviews.

8. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not use TourShare to harass others, post illegal content, spam, scam, impersonate players, upload harmful files, collect private information without consent, bypass security, interfere with the website, or post content that violates the rights of others.

9. User Content

Users are responsible for the content they post, including profiles, feed posts, messages, hub posts, reviews, and uploads. By posting content, you give TourShare permission to display and use that content as needed to operate the website.

10. Advertising and Monetization

TourShare may display advertisements, sponsored placements, affiliate links, or other monetization features. Ads do not mean TourShare endorses every advertised product or service.

11. No Guarantee of Availability

TourShare may change, pause, remove, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee that the website will always be available, error-free, or secure.

12. Limitation of Liability

TourShare is provided as a coordination tool. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TourShare is not responsible for losses, injuries, disputes, damages, missed tournaments, travel issues, payments, housing problems, ride issues, or offline interactions between users.

13. Changes to These Terms

TourShare may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date.
